Yolanda Baker is a Senior IT Auditor at Chubb, Group of Insurance Companies. She is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA,) and prior to being in Audit, she was a Global Data Security Auditor, a Systems Administrator, EDI Coordinator, and a Business Systems Analyst. She is well versed in Sarbanes-Oxley risks, controls and testing. Direct experience with assessing the risks and controls for application development projects, general IT controls, operating systems, interfaces and access security.
She is listed as an expert reviewer of PII Audit Program (ISACA), and trained on the SDLC moduleof the CISA certification course sponsored by the NJ Chapter of ISACA. She wrote a VoIP program that was reviewed by industry experts ahead of the one ISACA published.
Yolanda’s experience in IT audit includes: SOX Compliance, Application Logical Security, CAT Management system, SDLC, VoIP, SOX Compliance, BCP/DR, Outsourced IT Operations, SysTrust, and SAP Security (Basis). She is currently studying for the CISSP and the ISACA CSX. She is proficient in Spanish, has studies in French and has translated documents and artifacts for various organizations.
An ISACA Member since 2003, she was a Board Director of NJ ISACA from 2006 – 2015, leading as VP and then President, from 2011 through 2014. Yolanda initiated and/or provided concerted effort to many initiatives such as strategic planning, Board Development, social media, and collaboration tools.
